Proposal development: Authored competitive, project-winning research proposals and presentations for national and international NGOs, translating complex Terms of Reference (ToRs) into structured methodologies.
Research design: Developed mixed-methods study instruments, including household survey questionnaires, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guides, and Key Informant Interview (KII) protocols, grounded in comprehensive secondary desk review.
Fieldwork & quality control: Directed field operations by training data enumerators, enforcing data quality control protocols, and personally facilitating FGDs with marginalized communities and KIIs with government and private-sector stakeholders.
Data analysis & reporting: Conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SPSS and NVivo; produced data visualizations and co-authored draft and final project reports.
Team supervision: Mentored and supervised 15–20 Research & Development interns and research enumerators across concurrent projects, overseeing training and data-collection quality.

Environmental data collection: Recorded quantitative metrics on urban air quality and noise pollution outside multiple educational institutions in Dhaka.
Empirical fieldwork: Conducted on-site environmental monitoring, contributing primary data to academic studies on urban environmental hazards and public health impacts.
